RPG Programming - JDE World in AS/400 - Training Documentation is Needed

Dear Fellows;

I am really a beginner in such issues.

I would like to learn the background (source codes) of the programs running
on our ERP system JDE Edwards Worlds A.13 running on AS/400 database
platform.

Can you please advise or provide mw free resources , documentations,
tutorials (especially with real cases) so that I can be informed about the
programming in RPG , AS 400 ?

My aim is to be able to understand the algoritms of the programs running at
behind and maybe one day to be proficient to make some developments on them.

Your kind helps would be highly appreciated.
