Besides Rob's suggestion (roll your own CPYTOIMPF - it's not that hard),
the guys at www.easy400.net have some really nice (open source!!) utilities
that simplify this a lot. Check out their DB2XTOOLS2 set of utilities.
You'll need the DB2CSV command.
