I'm well aware that _you_ know this Mark. My concern was that the person who wrote the OP's in-house tool might not have done. Your statement that there were no known problems with the UPDPGM approach just rang a warning bell. Having been caught by this architectural deficiency (and most of the Rochester guys I know accept it as such) I just wanted to give the OP a heads-up.
