I believe Scott's IFS tutorial may help. But it would be in RPG instead
of CL. QED to wrapper that. Didn't someone write a CHKIFS? We have a
CHKLNK.

You could also use this

to check what LPP's they have installed. I wonder if that's what other
people use to check for prerequisite LPP's?
