It's probably the MI TOD - time-of-day - timestamp - I think QWCCVTDT
can handle it - don't hold be to the spelling of that name, please.
CVTDAT won't process it - no option for that format.

The def in the Infocenter is:
*Job local time.* The current local time of the job expressed as an 8 byte
time-of-day timestamp. The time zone current offset for this job has been
