Re: Drive Mapping Headache

As others have stated the biggest problem is users with mixed case
passwords. We enforce similarity between Windows and i by using Tivoli
Identity Manager but that just takes a windows mixed case password and
makes it mono case on the i (at least the way we have it set up). Could
show you tech docs and what not on this but just ask the person if they
are using mixed case in Windows for their password. If so, have them
change it. Most users adapt just fine. I think the last person I dealt
with this was Dianna Ryan from Toastmasters.
