I like to line up my DCLs (as someone mentioned)-- including making all the field lengths 4 positions (right-aligned), leading zeros suppressed.
I indent MONMSGs under the command they MON, and indent the contents of a DO/ENDDO.
I think it makes things more readable when subservient clauses (ho-ho-ho!) -look- subservient!
I do like upper/lower case, but I'm not a fanatic. I do try to reformat prompterd commands so that parms start on their own line, and like conditions in an IF statement line up (ie ANDs and ORs).
