Not exactly.
You can't access two IASPs concurrently (and that's a good thing IMO)
but you can use the SETASPGRP to access them at different times in the
same job. Be aware the SETASPRGP has some side effects - from memory
it resets or clears the library list - so you'll need to do some
testing.
You could (probably) use DDM to access an IASP but I haven't actually
done this myself.
What particular problem are you trying to solve ?
