That has a dramatic affect on your handling the the library.

One further comment on the barcodes, make double sure the barcode and
the tape label match. (they don't have to) That way you'll avoid some
nasty operator errors. I also echo Rob's comment about BRMS. It's too
easy to install, implement, and manage. It will have a positive ROI
within the first year if you value your time to manage the back ups at all.
