Darryl,

Long time ago I used it on V5R1M0.

Cannot remember if it was included with Client Access or
WebSphere Development Tools for iSeries.

But this is what I have on one of my PC's:
jhall.jar
jt400.jar
tes.jar
and two .bat files for "debug" and "debug manager"

HTH

Leif

Subject: Does anyone know where and how to use the debugger written in JAVA

Several years ago, IBM gave me a debugger written in Java that did a great
job debugging ILE RPG code.

I am working on a busy system and RDP is too slow loading up SEP. I want to
try the JAVA debugger hoping that it will respond somewhat faster. The delay
is only when the debugger loads for the first time when the program is
called. However, I can wait up to 2 minutes before I can start stepping
through the code.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of it and how to run it? I think it
is one of those unsupported tools that IBM has and none at IBM now knows
where to get it. It is a client debugger and runs purely on the client.
