I still have the same issue, but I can use translate.google.com to serve the pages to me. All that, to find out that there is still no Mac information, just as I had recalled, even though the link to the _System requirements_ from the DeveloperWorks _Download_ page for DB2 for Mac OS X DB2 V9.5.2 indirectly directs me to that InfoCenter :-(
