Well, in a 'perfect' world one would stop using utilities to convert spool
files to stream files to then attach to emails but instead write directly
to a stream file and email that instead. Scott Klement has some tutorials
on it. Trust me, it's not wasted knowledge - you'll reuse what you learn.

However, what would cause that gap?
- Overflow line number?
- 'skip' or 'space' before?
