The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I would think the optimal way would be to use messages in a message file
with substitution variables.
See message CPAE0025 in MSGF QCPFMSG as an example of a message with
substitution variables.

It states that "This is not the optimal way to do message substitution..."
But it looks a good way to me, what IS the optimal way?
