I know but same with OVERLAY - I can designate only ONE on the CRTPRTF but I can proceed to write multiple overlays to the printer file using DDS.

I was hoping the same for UOM.

Hi Joel
The measurements are taken from the page size (Measurement method . . . . . .) and seeing as this is EITHER *ROWCOL or *UOM I don't think that you can mix and match.
Now someone is going to come along and prove me wrong

For example, inches AND row/column?

I am trying to convert an OVERLAY (which has only a few boxes) to a printer file with the BOX command.

In the overlay, some items are positioned with row/column, while other items are positioned using inches.

I would like to copy the overlay positions into the DDS positions using the same measurements.

Can DDS handle both?

According to the manual, it appears no, but not sure.
