You can do a CREATE TABLE using dynamic SQL. Something like this:

D SQL_ST S 512 Varying
...
SQL_ST = 'Create Table MyLib/MyTable as( +
Select * from AnotherLib/Table ) With Data';

EXEC SQL EXECUTE IMMEDIATE :SQL_ST;
