RE: SRC A9002000 because console is varied off and cannot set to ONLINE(*YES)

It's a 9406-820 with two LPARs; the console is connected via Ethernet.  Only the primary LPAR has this problem.

Are you using the Serial console? what machine is it? 9406-XXX?
