You will definitely need Zend Server installed. You COULD compile the PHP and MySQL binaries in PASE yourself, but I don't recommend it.

Yes, and I am using the DB/2 engine to boot. Installed in about 10 minutes, had the site operational in about 15 minutes. It's not public yet since it is still in development but it works like a charm.
