The iSeries Access emulator certainly supports enhanced display...

And yes, I wouldn't expect SDA or screen designer to show you the
radio boxes, you'll have to run the program...

Lastly, if you still don't see it, try moving it. The enhance display
stuff takes some extra bytes for teh control codes, if you're trying
to squeeze it in to close to other fields and/or the edge of a window
or screen, it often reverts to the unenhanced version.

I wonder if the display will be different when the program actually uses
the display file? I notice that in SDA test mode, nothing shows for the
choice field at all. Also, in Screen Designer, a '99' is shown.
