This indicates that the program REALLY abended. It generated some
debugging material and even created a library to store this information.
If you do a WRKLIB QSC* you will see stuff like:
Library Text
QSC2030476 APAR - problem 1202030476
QSC2753451 APAR - problem 1202753451

This is stuff which should be reported to IBM.

This message, CPFAF82, with a reason code of 07 -- MSF API cannot be
called from job, is an eye catcher. Was there anything PRIOR to the
CPF3353 genre?
