Well, ok. YMMV as to what happens to your system. Here they are:

WRKF QUSRSYS/QAOKL*
Search for any that
1) Do not end with an A
2) Instead end with an increment, such as 001
3) And have a description that begins with Old name
If you see any that meet all three of these conditions then delete these
files.

Search for any that

5) Instead end with an increment, such as 001
6) And have a description that begins with Old name

I recommend you bring your system into a restricted state and save QUSRSYS
prior to this operation. After deleting the files you may want to try
INZSYS
which may not run in a restricted state. It runs in the background and
you should see something in QSYSOPR or DSPLOG
about it running and when it completes. After that is done then do a
CHGSYSDIRA ALWSCH(*NO)
CHGSYSDIRA ALWSCH(*YES)
