I suspect using either the CL request "DSPFD QSYS2/SYSDISKSTAT" or the SQL request "SELECT VIEW_DEFINITION FROM QSYS2/SYSVIEWS WHERE NAME='SYSDISKSTAT' AND DBNAME='QSYS2'" would present a VIEW CREATE statement which could be reviewed for what is the UDTF defined to and being used to produce the TABLE results for that catalog VIEW.

If curious, trace a query selecting a row from SYSDISKSTAT to see what APIs are called to implement the UDTF\UDFs.
