The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Good idea from you and Rob; but I solved it without a trace.
The CLP had a variable for the "from address" but the call to find the address as defined in a file was missing.
Oddly, the emails were still "sent" (they made it to the MAILTOOL log file [MLTLOGPF]) without a "from address", but then were apparently rejected by our email gateway without leaving a trace.
Thanks for your time.
Bryan Burns
P.S. I just noticed my pun.

Do you still have support from Brad Stone? He would definitely know.

Is it possible to run an email trace for a job running in batch? Do I
use the IP address of our system I host? This particular job uses Brad
Stone's SPL2EMAILB command if that helps.
