I don't think I have ever seen 0 db faults on a busy system, except for a specific pool(s),
but across all pools seems very different...

After refreshing the WRKSYSSTS screen for around 5 minutes, I have found that the Act-Wait on our system (V5R4) for the *BASE memory pool seems very high (4300), but I don’t see any Wait-Inel or Act-Inel transitions occurring ?
The CPU utilitization is an 98%, with DB capability = 34%
Jobs seem to be running ok, and interactive response time also seems ok.
Should I be concerned about this ?
I would post a screen-shot of it if someone wants more info...
