There is a lot to be said for those audit journals. Also for DB journals.
I understand you're tight on space though.
Keep in mind, if they say they didn't delete their spool file a job log
may not help. For example, can you tell how many spool files, and which
ones, I deleted in this session:

Using option 4 (assuming I deleted any/all of these) does not end up
display any "x spool files deleted" type of message. The audit journals,
if set up right, would.
