Oh well, I did some searching and apparently there are still some
situations where Link/Loader messages will still appear - even on the
latest releases. I will say though that I order the cume and all groups
on one set of media and put them on with release upgrades and I've not had
an issue in quite some time.

Perhaps it was with breaking it apart. Like, put on cume but don't ipl.
Put on one group, no ipl, put on another group, no ipl, repeat. I can't
remember. But I do know what I do seems to work.
