Not sure about Rational Enterprise. Activation kits are keys. You use those to apply keys after installation. RDi-SOA sounds like the installation for RDi-SOA, which at V8 is RDPi and RBD together. You should be able to install that and then apply the RBD activation kit. You still will need a license key for the RDPi side.
