Subject: Unable to delete from the IFS on Windows 7, OS level V6R1
Hi Folks, I have a user who can delete a file in an IFS directory via green screen but is unable to delete the file from the same directory via a mapped drive. The screen says;
you need permission to perform this action then right below it another msg saying
you require permission from S-1-5-32-544 to make changes to this file
Does anyone know how to resolve this? Is it an issue outside the iSeries?
Thanks, Frank
