If you don't get any responses, Google for "service bureau tape
conversion". You might also check with local data center outsourcers; the
ones I've dealt with usually have some tape conversion capability.

An alternative, if it is an option for you, would be to take the tape's
contents, convert it to a save file, FTP it to the new system (if necessary
by FTPing it to a PC and then from the PC to the new system), and then
restore.
