After searching for a way to "permanently" remove the i Access add-in for Excel, I found this page with the instructions:
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas14921b1637a7c7e7f86257495006f8373

All was fine until I applied the latest Service Pack and low and behold it's there again. I don't mind -- too much -- how much more difficult they made the removal of the add-in as of V6R1, but I definitely do mind that I am going to have to go through this nonsense every time a service pack is applied.

Has anyone found a way for the removal to be permanent?

Bill
