We are getting this error when our application users are running a
stored procedure, does anyone have some suggestions.
FWIW, the phrase "cannot resolve to" is synonymous with "cannot find".
So it's telling you that it can't find an object named QSOC. The type
code of x'0401' means it's a library. So, it can't find a library named
QSOC.
I don't know why it wants to find that library, or what it's planning to
use it for -- but that's what the message means.
