FORUM!! When did that happen? Can we go back to the mailing list; I do not like forums as well as well as mailing lists. Unless you meant forum as in://*"*a medium (as a newspaper or online service) of open discussion or expression of ideas" then never mind.

Do you have any proof that if more people called it IBM i on power (or whatever it was called when IBM changed the name) there would be one more company using it? I think if you can prove that, you will get more people supporting your position, then by calling us names. Until then I am just going to nickname mine ..... what for it ...... F.R.E.D. what did you think it was going to be AS400.

And if you think I just think it is a laughing matter, I am very concerned about jobs in my area, I have gone back to school (could be why I want proof, no professor would let me get away with just calling him a name, and not backing up my claim with support evidence) . But if I had to choose if the lack of jobs was because of what people call it, IBM marketing it, or the economy, the name would not be my first choice.
