Those directories that are monocased stay monocased. Those that aren't
stay that way.
For example if I do
md '/home/ROB'
and then create Rob.Txt in there I cannot create rob.txt. But if I create
/QOpenSys/ROB.TXT I can also create /QOpenSys/rob.txt.
I think what they are telling is that that the directories which are
monocased use one Unicode standard and the other directories use another.
But that's just my wag.
