Can't be done...there's no such thing as a record in a stream file.
By definition, a stream file is simply a stream of bytes as far as the
OS is concerned.

You can however at least find out what IFS files are open if you use iNav.
Work Management-->Active jobs, right click, Details-->Open
Files-->File system objects.
