Good Take :)
Bet it would screw people up if it was added to a Wonderlic test, etc..
i.e. How many months have 28 days?
But I prefer printed also. Lol
After 14 hours today and add on 3 hours of driving .... I think I will
stop and go see how people response at the bar across the street from
the hotel if I use your example while drinking ice tea...note
non-alcoholic.
Sorry David...know this was not a "best practice post" for the list.

Hi Vern,
I would consider this a fortunate accident - not everyone uses the
nontech list.
I agree that very few use the nontech list.
However, I'm not sure that the post makes a lot of sense out of context.
Evelyn's response basically says:
1) Penton Media is financially healthy.
2) They're not planning to eliminate printed magazines.
Out of context, it would seem strange for someone to suddenly appear and
say those things.
What would you think if you were in a bar, and a stranger walked over
and said "I'm NOT an alcoholic! And I do NOT need to stop drinking!"
Assuming this was out of context, your first instinct would probably be
"ummm... maybe you DO need to stop drinking..."
And have you noticed the responses in this thread? Eve said she has no
current plans to discontinue printed magazines, yet the responses have
been "print is more effective" and "going digital would not work for
me". Gee, she just told you she WASN'T going to eliminate the print
magazine.
That's my take on it, anyway.
