I haven't actually ported and ran the original code, but I believe
that your results match the original...

Exception being the original code used a column name of
sales_delta_tot....and the new one uses sales_amt_tot; but
sales_delta_tot is probably more appropriate IMO.

Also, judging from the comments at the bottom of the page, the
original article publish an older version of the code; the article was
updated today around 8:30 ET.
