Hi Jeff
Hopefully I understand what you have written
Are you saying that ALL the user profiles will get this message no matter who submits it (I would like to see that code - seriously)
If it's only the user profile that is submitting these jobs that gets the message, then (in my opinion for what it's worth) I would be wary of removing that.
How is the user supposed to know when a job has finished. There have been too many users thinking that a job hasn't finished have hit the enter key like they were having epileptic fits.
Then they are surprised when they get 36 copies of the same report

Subject: job completed normally messages

I have a couple of batch jobs that are being submitted quite frequently now.
I'd like to change these two batch jobs so that the job completed normally message doesn't pop up as all of our users have *break in the user profile for messages. I'd like it to stay *break for all other jobs but these two.
Is there a way to change certain batch jobs so the completion messages are *notify only?

Thanks,

Jeff
