Jerry,

How is your DFX-5000+ set up? Epson or IBM?

I am trying to configure an Epson DFX5000+ as an SNMP printer to a V5R3
AS400.

The config looks fine:

The Epson ethernet adapter is a firmware 2.31 which supports SNMP.
IBM says it will do SNMP over port 9100.

AS400 printer is set for:

3812 model 1; *IP;
HPT is *YES
MFRTYPMDL is *EPDFX5000.
SYSDRVPGM is *IBMSNMPDRV.

PTF groups are up to date.

After a STRPRTWTR the print job in the outq status is PND.

Not getting any print. Lights on the printer are normal.

There are no firewalls blocking 161 or 9100.

Anyone have this working?

Jerry
