Yep the standard font is the problem, very common issue.

1) Set the screen to normal (That is NOT maximized, you can't change
font when Maximized.)

2) Edit-> Preferences-> Appearance-> Font ->

3) Select the PComm Session font. Press OK. Now maximize.

HahZah! (Remember to save the session.)
