Joe,

I'm not a SME, but in my personal experience with NiMH
batteries...bigger is better (and more expensive :)

The charging circuit should be able to tell when the battery has been
completely charged regardless of the capacity.

I'm not very good with battery specs, though.  Does Batteries Plus
typically have NiMH cells in multiple capacities, or is it more of a
one-size fits all sort of thing?  If they have multiple capacities, will
they just match what I've got in my battery pack or will they ask me
hard questions like "what capacity do you want, dude"?  Like I said, I
confused myself after I found three different "official replacement"
parts online with three different mAh ratings.

Joe

They won't have one but will make you a replacement with your pigtail.

About $20.

I'm about to go to Batteries Plus to get a new cache battery pack made,
but during my research I confused myself a bit.  I've seen several
replacements for the 44L0313 and all are 3.6V, but range from 1600mAh to
800mAh.  Is there a recommended capacity, or is it just "bigger is better"?
