We would only recommend RCLSTG if a specific message recommends
running RCLSTG. Considering your 'Objects not in a library' is 0,
we can assume RCLSTG would not find any lost objects. In fact,
RCLSTG will check addressability of objects to make sure every
object is in a library. RCLSTG does not necessarily check for
damage, as GO SAVE 21 would. We would not suggest RCLSTG to be
run weekly or monthly, but if you had a few hours every six or 12
months ... RCLSTG would not hurt.
