I use Firefox which can be configured to ignore the javascript that
disables the right click functionality.

You can also always find the image in the local cache on the PC...

Instead of having a page display a raw image, you could for instance
use Flash to display the images...but even that can be worked around
with the right tools.

If this is an intranet site, and you can lock down the users PC's, you
can probably ensure that the images are not saved.  However, if it's a
public web site, you prevent casual users from saving it...the the
truly determined will be able to find away around whatever you do.
