I have 10 lpars running i 7.1. I normally IPL them once every other month
to apply cumes, groups, etc. I skipped June on a couple of lpars because
they were the backup lpars for our hardware move. And, my vacation time
was coming up and didn't have time to catch up on them. Well it bit me in
the butt. A couple of those neglected partitions locked up tight with a
memory leak issue. And others had to handle it while I was on vacation.
IBM noted apar MA41032 fixed by ptf MF53373. I see that it's on the hiper
group as of 6/21. Not on a cume yet.
