We're not an Ops Nav shop. We're only barely a Lan Console shop, and
only because our V6 box doesn't have Twinax.

The object here, for now at least, is to bring up TCP on that box, at
IPL, with Telnet and *only* Telnet active. Perhaps eventually
proprietary servers of our own.

Port restrictions don't appear to stop Host Servers or Management Central.

I have a vague memory of uninstalling those LPPs to disable them; I'd
rather not have to resort to that.
