I truly suspect that the network consultant has made a boo-boo with the
external reverse pointer records or some such thing. I was on a sametime
conference with him and my boss for some time yesterday and asked why it
was working out of our Kendallville location and didn't change over the
weekend but no longer routes out of equipment which moved to our Garrett
location. I think the boss gets it but the consultant, while
understanding our concern, is not finding the answer.
A "future project" got slapped into place quickly. All the smtp routing
entries, and all the Domino configuration documents, were changed to route
through our Message Labs servers. A few changes to Message Labs and it's
