Can you present an example of how you do it?
Peter -
QNTC is a SMB client for Windows.
Read about NetServer and QNTC setup here:
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas1aea450153eebf8ff8625670f0072550f
Once you have NetServer configured, you need to have a Windows user id and
password which exactly matches your iSeries user id and password for proper
Windows authentication.
If you have a shared folder on MYPC called MySharedFolder, you can then do
this:
MKDIR '/QNTC/MYPC'
then use CPYTOSTMF or CPYTOIMPF to copy files to '/QNTC/MYPC/MySharedFolder'
*** You can also use WRKLNK '/QNTC/MyPC/MySharedFiles' (using 5=Display) to
view, copy, rename or delete files in the shared folder from the iSeries.
