Re: DDS field that refuses to update no matter what

I am thinking it might be one of two issues. I am guessing the problem
lies in the RPG, not in the DDS.

This could be true. I did pre-assign a value in the RPG/Free. I'm not
doing that now and it works.


Are you updating the promptable field with the value you selected in the

window?

The "window" is a pre-existing external program with its own display file.
I prototype it and do a CALLP to it. The field names in the CALLP match
the fields in my DDS so that they should get filled in automatically when
it returns.
