Yes, it's called IBM Director. Free for use on IBM equipment, small fee for the agents on other OEM servers.

While some will claim it's too complicated, once you get past the documentation it is not, get the redbooks. It does need a bit of a hefty server to run itself though.

SDMC looks like it crosses over some but the MS product also manages desktops in addition to servers but does not deal with non-windows server like SDMC does
