Subject: Does arping exist on the i?
Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx
I have been requested to create a 5250 session. The IP address seems to
already be assigned, as it is in a file searched by an exit point program
here that ties the IP to a specific device. A quick Google search
revealed a command named arping, intended to find out duplicate addresses.
I don't see it, so far, on our v5r4 box. May be there. Or, may be a
different name.
Anybody know anything about arping?
