The LDAP was rebranded to Tivoli, it's still LDAP.
See the 5.4, 6.1 and 7.1 MTUs for specifics, but IIRC, the Triggered Cache is being withdrawn. You should probably be able to turn it off and leave it off in any event.

I am still running 5.4 on my IBM 'I' server and just recently upgraded my navigator to 6.1. I noticed some changes in the services that appear when I look at the TCP/IP services.

I no longer see CIMOM and IBM Directory Server for iSeries (LDAP), but now I see IBM Tivoli Directory Server for i5, Service and Support Proxy and Triggered Cache Manager

On a quarterly basis I have to show the auditors what services are running on the server. I know she is going to ask what happened to the 2 that no longer show up and also about the 3 new ones.
