We just had our BRMS consultant from IBM come in last week and install it
from scratch on all 10 lpars. Time well spent. Using the network feature
is nice in our case. I have a thumb drive full of power points and
whatnot. And some notes.

You can use the ESS site to review your license key. Maybe they skipped
the step on number of licenses when entering the key? Know the link?

We used to have 14 pages of instructions on just how to unload the tapes
in the morning, prepare them for shipment, enter them into the Iron
Mountain website, etc. We've now cut that in half. The operator is
loving the time saved in the morning! She used to wake up early and do a
bunch of stuff from home before coming in and physically touching tapes.
All those steps have been eliminated.
